摘要
目的:探讨时效性激励理论在维持性血液透析肾性贫血患者用药期间的护理应用效果.方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月我院收治的维持性血液透析肾性贫血患者107例,以随机数字表法将其分为常规组(n=53)和研究组(n=54).常规组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用常规护理+时效性激励理论干预,连续干预3 个月,比较两组自我护理能力、自我感受负担及不良反应发生率.结果:研究组自我护理能力高水平率为 61.11%,高于常规组的 33.96%(P<0.05);研究组SPBS评分低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为3.70%,低于常规组的 16.98%(P<0.05).结论:时效性激励理论可提高维持性血液透析肾性贫血患者用药期间的自我护理能力,缓解其自我感受负担,还可降低其不良反应发生率.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of timeliness incentive theory in nursing care of maintenance hemodialysis patients with renal anemia during medication.Methods:A total of 107 maintenance hemodialysis patients with renal anemia admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected.They were divided into routine group(n=53)and study group(n=54)by random number table method.The routine group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the study group was treated with routine nursing+timeliness incentive theory intervention for 3 months.The self-care ability,self-perceived burden and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The high level of self-care ability in the study group was 61.11%,which was higher than 33.96%in the routine group(P<0.05).The SPBS score of the study group was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.70%in the study group,which was lower than 16.98%in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The timeliness incentive theory can improve the self-care ability of patients with renal anemia in maintenance hemodialysis during medication,relieve their self-perceived burden,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
