Intervention Effect of Timeliness Incentive Theory in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Renal Anemia During Medication
Objective:To explore the application effect of timeliness incentive theory in nursing care of maintenance hemodialysis patients with renal anemia during medication. Methods:A total of 107 maintenance hemodialysis patients with renal anemia admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected. They were divided into routine group(n=53)and study group(n=54)by random number table method. The routine group was treated with routine nursing intervention, while the study group was treated with routine nursing+timeliness incentive theory intervention for 3 months. The self-care ability,self-perceived burden and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The high level of self-care ability in the study group was 61.11%,which was higher than 33.96%in the routine group(P<0.05).The SPBS score of the study group was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.70%in the study group, which was lower than 16.98%in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The timeliness incentive theory can improve the self-care ability of patients with renal anemia in maintenance hemodialysis during medication, relieve their self-perceived burden, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
