Effect of Individualized Nutrition Guidance During Insulin Therapy in Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and its Effect on Pregnancy Outcome
Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nutrition guidance on pregnant women with gestational diabetes during insulin therapy and its effect on pregnancy outcome. Methods:A total of 80 GDM patients admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. All patients were treated with oral metformin sustained-release tablets and subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart. The control group was given routine dietary guidance, and the observation group was given individualized nutritional guidance. The changes of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),Cys C,Hcy and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the FPG,2 hPG,HbAlc,Cys C and Hcy indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of metformin and insulin aspart, individualized nutrition guidance can reduce the levels of serum CysC and Hcy in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. It has a good effect on blood glucose control and can reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes to a certain extent. It is worthy of clinical application.
