慢性创面患者术后应用重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子联合湿性愈合疗法的治疗效果

摘要
目的:探讨湿性愈合疗法与人工真皮联合重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(aFGF)在慢性创面患者中的应用价值.方法:选取我院2021 年 9 月—2023 年 9 月收治的慢性创面患者80 例,按随机数字表法分成A组与B组,各 40 例.两组均采用人工真皮修复,B组联合湿性愈合疗法,A组在B组基础上联合aFGF治疗.比较两组创面修复效果、创面愈合时间、创面瘢痕评分、炎症因子水平[血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)].结果:A组(100.00%)总有效率高于B组(85.00%)(P<0.05).A组创面愈合时间短于B组,创面瘢痕评分低于B组(P<0.05).两组修复后血清IL-6、CRP水平低于修复前,且A组低于B组(P<0.05).结论:湿性愈合疗法联合aFGF能提升慢性创面患者的修复效果,减轻疼痛与炎症,促进伤口愈合.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of wet healing therapy and artificial dermis combined with recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor(aFGF)in patients with chronic wounds.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic wounds admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with artificial dermis repair.Group B was combined with wet healing therapy,and group A was combined with aFGF treatment on the basis of group B.The wound repair effect,wound healing time,wound scar score and inflammatory factor levels[serum interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of group A(100.00%)was higher than that of group B(85.00%)(P<0.05).The wound healing time of group A was shorter than that of group B,and the wound scar score was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6 and CRP in the two groups after repair were lower than those before repair,and those in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wet healing therapy combined with aFGF can improve the repair effect of patients with chronic wounds,reduce pain and inflammation,and promote wound healing.
