Therapeutic Effect of Recombinant Human Acidic Fibroblast Growth Factor Combined with Wet Healing Therapy on Patients with Chronic Wounds After Operation
Objective:To explore the application value of wet healing therapy and artificial dermis combined with recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor(aFGF)in patients with chronic wounds. Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic wounds admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with artificial dermis repair.Group B was combined with wet healing therapy, and group A was combined with aFGF treatment on the basis of group B.The wound repair effect, wound healing time, wound scar score and inflammatory factor levels[serum interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)]were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of group A(100.00%)was higher than that of group B(85.00%)(P<0.05).The wound healing time of group A was shorter than that of group B,and the wound scar score was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6 and CRP in the two groups after repair were lower than those before repair, and those in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wet healing therapy combined with aFGF can improve the repair effect of patients with chronic wounds, reduce pain and inflammation, and promote wound healing.
