Effect of Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation Combined with Antibiotic Sequential Therapy on Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia
Objective:To explore the effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with antibiotic sequential intervention on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods:A total of 96 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were included in the study and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group(n=48)received sequential antibiotic therapy, and the study group(n=48)was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation on this basis. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms, inflammatory factors and immune indexes were compared between the two groups. Results:The disappearance time of high fever, cough and wheezing in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with antibiotic sequential intervention can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and regulate the level of inflammatory factors.
