Effect of Donepezil Hydrochloride Combined with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Moderate Vascular Dementia
Objective:To explore the effect of donepezil hydrochloride combined with ligustrazine hydrochloride on cognitive function and neurotransmitter levels in patients with moderate vascular dementia(VD).Methods:A total of 72 patients with moderate VD who were hospitalized in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into combined group(n=36)and control group(n=36)according to the random coin toss method. The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride, while the combined group was treated with ligustrazine hydrochloride on the basis of the control group. The cognitive function, cerebral blood perfusion parameters, neurotransmitter levels, psychological conditions and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the scores of HDS,MMSE,BI and the levels of CVB,CBF and ACh in the combined group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of MTT and Glu were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the incidence rates of side effects between both groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of donepezil hydrochloride combined with ligustrazine hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with moderate VD is good, which can significantly improve the cognitive function, cerebral blood flow and neurotransmitter level of patients, and the safety of medication is high.
