Effect of Cefoperazone Sulbactam Sodium Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Lobar Pneumonia in Children
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium combined with azithromycin in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children. Methods:A total of 86 children with lobar pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into control group(43 children)and study group(43 children). The control group was treated with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium, and the study group was treated with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium combined with azithromycin. The treatment effect, symptom improvement time, inflammation index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The antipyretic time, cough improvement time, asthma improvement time and lung rale disappearance time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,WBC and PCT in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium and azithromycin in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children has a good effect, which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of children and improve the inflammatory indicators, and has high safety.
