Effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the Treatment of Adult Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective:To investigate the effect of triamcinolone acetonide injection combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of adult knee osteoarthritis. Methods:A total of 80 adult patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with intra-articular injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with sodium hyaluronate, and the control group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.VAS score,WOMAC score, clinical efficacy,PEG2,TNF-α and MMP-13 levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1 week,3 months,6 months and 9 months after treatment(P<0.05).The WOMAC score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group at 3 months,6 months and 9 months after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of PEG2,TNF-α and MMP-13 in the synovial fluid of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 week after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intra-articular injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can synergistically improve the intra-articular environment, and the effect is definite and lasting.
