Effects of Erythropoietin-Assisted Conventional Therapy on Iron Metabolism and Microinflammatory State in Hemodialysis Patients with Renal Failure
Objective:To explore the effect of erythropoietin on iron metabolism and microinflammatory state in hemodialysis patients with renal failure. Methods:A total of 60 hemodialysis patients with renal failure admitted to the People's Hospital of Yinjiang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the digital table method, they were divided into routine group and erythropoietin group, with 30 patients in each group. The routine group received routine treatment, and the erythropoietin group received erythropoietin treatment on the basis of routine treatment. The levels of iron metabolism, changes of inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,sTfR,IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α in the erythropoietin group were lower than those in the conventional group, and SF and TAST were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Erythropoietin can improve the iron metabolism level of hemodialysis patients with renal failure, reduce the microinflammatory state, and has high safety.
