摘要
目的:观察丁苯酞软胶囊联合银杏蜜环口服液治疗血管性痴呆的疗效.方法:选择 2022 年 6 月—2024 年 2 月在郑州市金水区总医院和河南省中医院门诊就诊的符合血管性痴呆共计 56 例,随机分为临床组与对照组,各 28 例.对照组采用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,临床组采用丁苯酞软胶囊联合银杏蜜环口服液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、认知功能、生活能力、血脂水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、血液流变学指标及不良反应发生情况.结果:临床组总有效治疗率为92.86%,高于对照组的 82.14%(P<0.05);临床组治疗后MMSE、ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);临床组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C、SOD活性高于对照组(P<0.05);临床组治疗后全血低切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血高切黏度、纤维蛋白原均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:丁苯酞软胶囊与银杏蜜环口服液联合治疗血管性痴呆的效果良好,可提升患者的认知功能和日常生活能力,降低血脂水平,提高SOD活性,调节血液流变学参数,且具有较高的安全性.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with Yinxing Mihuan oral liquid in treatment of vascular dementia.Methods:A total of 56 patients with vascular dementia who were treated in the outpatient department of Jinshui District General Hospital of Zhengzhou City and Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to February 2024 were randomly divided into clinical group and control group,with 28 patients in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsules,and the clinical group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsules combined with Yinxing Mihuan oral liquid.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function,living ability,blood lipid level,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,hemorheology indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective treatment rate of the clinical group was 92.86%,which was higher than 82.14%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of MMSE and ADL in the clinical group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the clinical group were lower than those in the control group,and the activities of HDL-C and SOD were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood middle shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and fibrinogen in the clinical group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalide soft capsule combined with Yinxing Mihuan oral liquid is effective in the treatment of vascular dementia.It can improve the cognitive function and daily living ability of patients,reduce blood lipid level,improve SOD activity,regulate hemorheological parameters,and has high safety.
