摘要
目的:研究热毒宁注射液联合布地奈德混悬液对支气管肺炎的效果.方法:选择 2022 年 1 月—2024 年 1 月我院收治的 120 例支气管肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组 60 例.对照组采用布地奈德混悬液,观察组联用热毒宁注射液.比较两组肺功能指标(FEV1/FVC、MMF、VCmax、PEF、MVV和FEV1%预期值)、症状评分、炎症因子指标[血清降钙素原(PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-4(IL-4)、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)].结果:治疗后,观察组FEV1/FVC、MMF、VCmax、PEF、MVV和FEV1%预期值高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清PCT、TNF-α、IGF-Ⅱ和IL-4 水平低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:热毒宁注射液联合布地奈德混悬液对支气管肺炎有显著的效果,能明显减轻症状,改善肺功能,其机制可能与下调血清PCT、TNF-α、IGF-Ⅱ和IL-4水平有关.
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Reduning injection combined with budesonide suspension on bronchial pneumonia.Methods:A total of 120 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 children in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide suspension,and the observation group was combined with Reduning injection.The lung function indexes(FEV1/FVC,MMF,VCmax,PEF,MVV and FEV1%expected value),symptom scores,inflammatory factor indexes[serum procalcitonin(PCT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4),insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the expected values of FEV1/FVC,MMF,VCmax,PEF,MVV and FEV1%in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum PCT,TNF-α,IGF-Ⅱ and IL-4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reduning injection combined with budesonide suspension has a significant effect on bronchial pneumonia,which can significantly reduce symptoms and improve lung function.The mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of serum PCT,TNF-α,IGF-II and IL-4 levels.
