Effect of Diankuang Mengxing Decoction Combined with Quetiapine Fumarate Tablets in the Treatment of Schizophrenia
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of Dianmang Mengxing decoction combined with Quetiapine Fumarate tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 102 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to July 2023 were divided into control group and observation group by random lottery method,with 52 patients in each group.The control group was treated with quetiapine fumarate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Diankuang Mengxing decoction on the basis of the control group.The PANSS,BPRS scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the PANSS and BPRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with schizophrenia with Diankuang Mengxing decoction combined with Quetiapine Fumarate tablets is beneficial to promote the improvement of mental symptoms and state of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
