Observation on the Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction Combined with Paclitaxel Combined with Cisplatin Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Ovarian Cancer and its Effect on 3-year Survival
Objective:To investigate the effects of Yiqi Yangyin decoction combined with paclitaxel+cisplatin regimen on physical status and serum carbohydrate antigen 125 and CEA in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods:A total of 84 patients with ovarian cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were numbered according to the order of admission.The single number was the control group(n=42)treated with paclitaxel+cisplatin chemotherapy,and the double number was the treatment group(n=42)treated with Yiqi Yangyin decoction on the basis of the control group.The short-term efficacy,toxic and side effects,health status,serum CA-125 and CEA expression and 3-year survival were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 57.14%,which was compared with 50.00%of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of toxic and side effects in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the KPS score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum CA-125 and CEA in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of the treatment group was 59.52%,which was higher than 38.10%of the control group(P<0.05).The progression-free survival time of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of ovarian patients with Yiqi Yangyin decoction combined with paclitaxel+cisplatin chemotherapy can achieve good curative effect,effectively reduce the toxic and side effects of patients,and prolong their survival.
