Observation on the Curative Effect of Ectopic Pregnancy Ⅱ Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy
Objective:To explore the curative effect of ectopic pregnancy Ⅱ combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Fifty patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was given mifepristone tablets orally.On this basis,the observation group was treated with modified ectopic pregnancy Ⅱ prescription.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.After treatment,the blood β-HCG returned to normal time,mass disappearance time,hospitalization days,blood β-HCG index changes and adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the recovery time of blood β-HCG and the disappearance time of mass in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood β-HCG indexes of the observation group on the 4th and 7th day after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ectopic pregnancy Ⅱ combined with mifepristone can promote the disappearance of mass in patients with ectopic pregnancy,accelerate the recovery of blood β-HCG to normal level,shorten the hospitalization time of patients,and has definite curative effect and high safety.
