Effect of Whole Course Nursing Combined with Psychological Intervention on Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction During Long-term Drug Treatment
Objective:To explore the effect of whole course nursing combined with psychological intervention on elderly patients with cerebral infarction and long-term medication.Methods:A total of 106 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into psychological group and control group,with 53 patients in each group.The control group was given whole-course nursing during the medication,and the psychological group was given whole-course nursing combined with psychological intervention.The total effective rate of nursing,medication compliance,psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of nursing,the total effective rate of the psychological group was 98.11%,which was higher than 84.91%of the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the psychological group was 100.00%,which was higher than 88.68%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the psychological group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of energy,social function,emotional function,mental health,physiological function,physiological function,physical pain and general health status in the psychological group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole course nursing combined with psychological intervention can improve the overall prognosis of elderly patients with long-term medication for cerebral infarction,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve medication compliance and quality of life.
