Application Effect of WeChat Platform Health Education Combined with Continuous Nursing in Postoperative Medication Rehabilitation of Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Trauma
Objective:To explore the application effect of WeChat platform health education combined with continuous nursing in the rehabilitation process of postoperative medication in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods:From July 2020 to January 2023,69 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma in the postoperative rehabilitation period were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random sieve throwing,they were divided into experimental group(35 patients)and traditional group(34 patients).All patients were treated with mecobalamin combined with water-soluble vitamins.On this basis,the traditional group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given WeChat platform health education combined with continuous nursing.The medication compliance,neurological function,motor function,health education knowledge awareness,nursing job satisfaction and complication rate were compared.Results:The medication compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the traditional group after 3 months of nursing(P<0.05).The neurological deficit score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the motor function score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The awareness of health education knowledge and satisfaction of nursing work in the experimental group were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:WeChat platform health education combined with continuous nursing can improve medication compliance,improve neurological function and motor function,improve health education knowledge awareness and nursing job satisfaction,and prevent complications in the process of postoperative medication rehabilitation of severe craniocerebral trauma.
