Intervention Effect of Knowledge-attitude-practice Health Education Combined with Targeted Nursing During Drug Treatment of Silicosis Patients
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of knowledge-attitude-practice health education combined with targeted nursing on silicosis patients during drug treatment. Methods:A total of 80 patients with silicosis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing during drug treatment, and the observation group was given knowledge-attitude-practice health education combined with targeted nursing on the basis of the control group. The self-management ability[adult exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)],medication compliance, health literacy level[chronic disease health literacy management scale(HeLMS)]and lung function level were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the ESCA scores of diet management, symptom management, social adaptation and psychology, and drug management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of non-compliance in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the number of complete compliance was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The HeLMS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of forced expiratory volume in one second(FVE1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FVE1/FVC and maximum ventilation volume per minute(MVV)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The knowledge-attitude-practice health education combined with targeted nursing for silicosis patients during drug treatment can improve their self-management ability and patients'medication compliance, promote patients to develop health literacy conducive to disease rehabilitation, and improve lung function.
