Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Patients with Advanced Prostate Cancer During Drug Treatment
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with advanced prostate cancer during drug treatment. Methods:A total of 50 patients with advanced prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The serum levels of prostate specific antigen(PSA),free prostate specific antigen(f-PSA),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and nursing effect were compared between the two groups. Results:One month after treatment, the levels of TNF-a,IL-6,CRP,PSA and f-PSA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing application in patients with advanced prostate cancer during drug treatment is significant, which can effectively control tumor growth or metastasis and reduce inflammatory response. It is worthy of clinical application.
