摘要
目的:探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患儿在药物化疗期间应用综合护理的效果.方法:选取2021年3月—2024年3月我院接受治疗的166例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿作为研究对象.采用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组(n=83)和研究组(n=83).对照组给予常规护理措施,研究组则在此基础上实施综合护理干预.比较两组症状缓解情况、并发症发生率、生活质量评分及护理满意度等指标.结果:干预后,研究组发热、骨关节疼痛占比低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿在药物化疗期间应用综合护理能够缓解症状,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床应用.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing during drug chemotherapy in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Methods:A total of 166 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who were treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.The children were divided into control group(n=83)and study group(n=83)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing measures,while the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis.The symptom relief,complication rate,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the proportion of fever and bone and joint pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia during drug chemotherapy can relieve symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
