Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia During Drug Chemotherapy
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing during drug chemotherapy in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Methods:A total of 166 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who were treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects. The children were divided into control group(n=83)and study group(n=83)by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing measures, while the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis. The symptom relief, complication rate, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the proportion of fever and bone and joint pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia during drug chemotherapy can relieve symptoms, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
