下肢深静脉血栓患者口服抗凝药期间应用医护药三位一体护理模式的效果

摘要
目的:探讨医护药三位一体护理模式对下肢深静脉血栓患者口服抗凝药依从性及效果.方法:选取2020年3月—2023年3月本院看诊的下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)患者86例进行研究,按照随机分化法将上述患者分为2组:观察组、对照组,各43例.两组均给予抗凝药进行治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组则采取医护药三位一体护理干预,比较两组口服抗凝药依从性、下肢静脉流速及护理效果.结果:干预后,观察组口服抗凝药依从性率、左股静脉流速、右股静脉流速均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组下肢肿胀及疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:针对下肢DVT患者实施医护药三位一体护理模式效果明显,能够提升口服抗凝药依从性,改善患者下肢静脉流速,降低下肢疼痛及肿胀发生率.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the compliance and effect of trinity nursing mode of medical care and medicine on oral anticoagulants in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods:From March 2020 to March 2023,86 patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremities were selected for study.According to the random differentiation method,the above patients were divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with anticoagulants.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the trinity nursing intervention of medical care and medicine.The compliance of oral anticoagulants,venous flow rate of lower limbs and nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the compliance rate of oral anticoagulants,the flow rate of left femoral vein and the flow rate of right femoral vein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of lower limb swelling and pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the trinity nursing model of medical care and medicine for patients with lower extremity DVT has obvious effects,which can improve the compliance of oral anticoagulants,improve the venous flow rate of lower limbs,and reduce the incidence of lower limb pain and swelling.
