Effect of the Trinity Nursing Mode of Medical Care and Medicine in Patients with Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity During Oral Anticoagulants Treatment
Objective:To explore the compliance and effect of trinity nursing mode of medical care and medicine on oral anticoagulants in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods:From March 2020 to March 2023,86 patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremities were selected for study.According to the random differentiation method, the above patients were divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with anticoagulants. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the trinity nursing intervention of medical care and medicine. The compliance of oral anticoagulants, venous flow rate of lower limbs and nursing effect were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the compliance rate of oral anticoagulants, the flow rate of left femoral vein and the flow rate of right femoral vein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of lower limb swelling and pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the trinity nursing model of medical care and medicine for patients with lower extremity DVT has obvious effects, which can improve the compliance of oral anticoagulants, improve the venous flow rate of lower limbs, and reduce the incidence of lower limb pain and swelling.
