Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway Based on Evidence-based Theory on the Treatment of Senile Cataract Patients During Postoperative Drug Treatment
Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway based on evidence-based theory during drug treatment after senile cataract surgery. Methods:From March 2021 to January 2024,80 patients with senile cataract after operation in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random envelope drawing method, they were divided into evidence-based group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was given routine nursing during postoperative drug treatment, and the evidence-based group was given clinical nursing pathway based on evidence-based theory on the basis of the control group. The best corrected visual acuity, astigmatism, complication rate and medication compliance were compared between the two groups. Results:After 3 months of nursing, the best corrected visual acuity of the evidence-based group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the astigmatism of the evidence-based group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the evidence-based group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the medication compliance of the evidence-based group was 100.00%,which was higher than 87.50%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing pathway based on evidence-based theory during drug treatment after senile cataract surgery can improve the best corrected visual acuity, reduce the astigmatism of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the medication compliance of patients.
