目的:分析2006—2023年厦门市美沙酮维持治疗(methadone maintenance treatment，MMT)门诊HIV感染者的治疗与随访情况，为后续更好地开展有关工作提供参考。方法:数据来源于国家戒毒药物维持治疗数据信息系统与中国疾病预防控制信息系统。对2006—2023年厦门市MMT门诊HIV感染者的美沙酮维持治疗、艾滋病抗病毒治疗及随访情况进行分析。结果:厦门市MMT门诊HIV感染者以男性(76。92％)、汉族(88。46％)为主，年龄集中在40～59岁。HIV感染者平均美沙酮维持治疗时间仅3。23年，日均服药量高于门诊整体患者(56。66 mg vs 49。17 mg，P<0。05)。艾滋病随访归属厦门本地管理的12例病例中，仅6例(50。00％)接受了抗病毒治疗，且治疗依从性较差。26例HIV感染者均已退出了美沙酮维持治疗。7例病例已死亡，死亡平均年龄仅40。38岁。结论:MMT门诊HIV感染者治疗与随访管理是本地工作的难点，需加大投入，探索并采取有针对性的干预措施。
Treatment and Follow-up Status of HIV Infected Patients in Methadone Maintenance Treatment Outpatient Clinics in Xiamen
Objective:To analyze treatment and follow-up status of HIV infected patients in methadone maintenance treatment(MMT) outpatient clinics in Xiamen in order to provide reference for improvement measures. Methods:Data were collected from the information system of Chinese maintenance treatment program and China information system for disease control and prevention. The related data of methadone maintenance treatment,antiretroviral therapy and follow-up of HIV infected patients in MMT outpatient clinics from 2006 to 2023 were analyzed. Results:The HIV infected persons in MMT clinics in Xiamen were mainly male (76.92％) and Han nationality (88.46％),and the age was concentrated in 40-59 years old. The average duration of methadone maintenance treatment in HIV-infected patients was only 3.23 years,and the average daily dose was higher than that of the overall outpatients (56.66 mg vs 49.17 mg,P<0.05). Among the 12 cases of AIDS follow-up belonging to Xiamen local management,only 6 cases (50.00％) received antiviral therapy,and the treatment compliance was poor. All 26 HIV-infected patients had withdrawn from methadone maintenance treatment. Seven cases died,with an average age of 40.38 years. Conclusion:The treatment and follow-up management of HIV infected patients in MMT outpatient clinics is a challenging work. It is necessary to increase investment,explore and adopt targeted intervention measures.
