摘要
目的:了解镇痛药学服务在骨科患者疼痛管理中的成效.方法:选取2022年1月—12月我院骨科术后疼痛患者100例,随机分为干预组50例和对照组50例.对照组予以常规干预,干预组予以镇痛药学服务,比较两组术后1、3、5 d的疼痛视觉模拟评分表(vas)、睡眠评分及镇痛满意度、不良反应发生率.结果:干预组术后1、3、5 d VAS评分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组术后疼痛治疗满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:镇痛药学服务对改善骨科疼痛患者术后疼痛管理效果、睡眠质量和满意度,且可降低不良反应发生率.
Abstract
Objective:To understand the effect of analgesic drug service in pain management of orthopedic patients. Methods:From January to December 2022,100 patients with postoperative pain in orthopedics department of our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group (50 patients) and control group (50 patients). The control group was given routine intervention,and the intervention group was given analgesic drug service. The pain visual analogue scale (VAS) and sleep score at 1,3 and 5 days after operation,analgesia satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The VAS score and sleep quality score of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group at 1,3 and 5 days after operation (P<0.05). The satisfaction score of postoperative pain treatment in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Analgesic service can improve the postoperative pain management effect,sleep quality and satisfaction of patients with orthopedic pain,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
