Objective:To study the cognitive level of rational drug use at home in patients with novel coronavirus infection,analyze the existing problems,and provide reference for pharmacists to carry out pharmacy services and promote rational drug use. Methods:After designing the questionnaire by ourselves and passing the expert verification,6336 questionnaires were collected by randomly scanning the QR code on the "Questionnaire Star" online,the survey time was from February 1 to February 15,2023,and the percentage statistics and descriptions were carried out by using Excel 2010 software. Results:A total of 5951 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 93.92％. The cognitive level of rational drug use at home in patients with novel coronavirus infection was generally low,with high cognitive level accounting for 54.71％,medium cognitive level accounting for 33.09％,and low cognitive level accounting for 12.20％. Conclusion:The cognition of rational drug use at home in patients with novel coronavirus infection needs to be improved,and it is suggested that pharmacists should carry out targeted education on rational drug use in combination with different ages,literacy levels,and places of residence to strengthen the popularization of knowledge on rational drug use and improve patients' awareness of rational drug use.
