Prognosis Analysis of Patients with Brain Metastasis of Renal Cell Carcinoma
Objective:To retrospectively analyze the related factors of survival and prognosis in patients with brain metastasis of renal cell carcinoma. Methods:From January 2007 to June 2019,42 patients with brain metastasis of renal cell carcinoma were collected. The prognostic factors of patients with brain metastasis of renal cell carcinoma were analyzed by K-M univariate survival analysis and COX multivariate regression analysis. Results:A total of 42 patients were included, the median overall survival time was 13.233 months, and the overall survival time was 1.30~133.80 months. K-M univariate and COX regression multivariate analysis showed that KPS score (OR:0.431,95%CI:0.213~0.873,P=0.019),number of brain metastases (OR:3.267,95%CI:1.832~5.585,P<0.001) and SRS (OR:0.198,95%CI:0.091~0.430,P<0.001) were independent prognostic factors affecting the survival and prognosis of patients.. Conclusion:KPS score, number of brain metastases and SRT are important factors affecting the survival and prognosis of patients.
