Application Effect of β Receptor Block in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Arrhythmia After PCI and its Relationship with ADRB2Gln27Glu Gene Polymorphism
Objective:To explore the application effect of β-receptor block after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease (CAD) complicated with arrhythmia and its relationship with ADRB2Gln27Glu gene polymorphism. Methods:A total of 200 patients with CAD and arrhythmia admitted to Yichang Central People's Hospital and Xiang'an Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from March 2020 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with β-blockers after PCI,and ADRB2Gln27Glu gene polymorphism was detected. The genotype distribution of patients was analyzed, and the differences in cardiac function classification, arrhythmia attack and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) of patients with different genotypes were compared. Results:There was no significant difference in cardiac function, arrhythmia frequency, duration and MACE between patients with different genotypes (P>0.05). Conclusion:ADRB2Gln27Glu gene polymorphism has little effect on the efficacy of β-blockers in CAD patients with arrhythmia after PCI.
