Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Based on Mind Mapping in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage During Postoperative Medication Rehabilitation
Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing based on mind map on postoperative medication and rehabilitation exercise compliance of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:From May 2021 to August 2023,90 patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random grouping method, including 45 patients in the routine group and 45 patients in the mind mapping group. The routine group was given routine rehabilitation nursing, and the mind map group was given early rehabilitation nursing based on mind map on the basis of the routine group. The neurological function, daily living ability, postoperative compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the neurological function score of the mind map group was lower than that of the conventional group, and the daily living ability score was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). The scores of postoperative medication, rehabilitation exercise compliance and total score in the mind mapping group were higher than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the mind mapping group was higher than that of the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing based on mind mapping can improve the neurological function and daily living ability of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation, improve their postoperative compliance, and have higher nursing satisfaction.
