Effect of Enteral Nutrition Support Under Nutritional Tolerance Classification During Drug Treatment in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction in CCU
Objective:To explore the application value of enteral nutrition support nursing combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule in patients with acute myocardial infarction in CCU under nutritional tolerance classification. Methods:A total of 104 patients with acute myocardial infarction in CCU who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots. All patients were treated with Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules,Oral. The reference group was treated with routine enteral nutrition nursing,and the study group was treated with enteral nutrition support nursing under nutritional tolerance grading. The nutritional intolerance,nutritional indicators,inflammatory indicators,and calorie compliance rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal distension and diarrhea in the study group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). After nursing,the levels of albumin and prealbumin in the study group were higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05). After nursing,the level of C-reactive protein in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the level of lymphocytes was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The 7 d compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Enteral nutrition support nursing combined with bifidobacterium triple viable capsule under nutritional tolerance grading can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with acute myocardial infarction in CCU,improve the immune status,prevent nutritional intolerance,and the nursing effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical application.
