Application Effect of Nursing Method Based on Self-efficacy Theory in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus During Medication
Objective:To study the effect of nursing methods based on self-efficacy theory on the medication effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:A total of 84 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing method based on self-efficacy theory. The medication effect,self-efficacy scale score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of each dimension of self-efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of each dimension of quality of life were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The nursing method based on self-efficacy theory can improve the medication effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can effectively improve self-efficacy and quality of life.
