Effect of Low-dose Dopamine Combined with Dobutamine in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia in the Elderly
Objective:To investigate the effect of low-dose dopamine combined with dobutamine on elderly patients with severe pneumonia. Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Tianjin Medical University General Hospital Airport Hospital from May 2018 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected for the study. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with low-dose dopamine combined with dobutamine. The therapeutic effect, symptom improvement time, respiratory function and adverse reactions of cough were compared between the two groups. Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 76.74% in the control group (P<0.05). The fever relief time, expectoration relief time, dyspnea relief time, chest image absorption time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,PIP,Raw and Wob in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and Cdyn was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment,low-dose dopamine combined with dobutamine is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia, which can promote the rapid regression of symptoms, restore normal respiratory function and blood gas indexes, and has good efficacy and drug safety.
