Effect of Ketorolac Tromethamine Assisted Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Patients with Clavicle Fracture and its Effect on Postoperative Healing
Objective:To explore the healing effect of ketorolac tromethamine on patients with clavicular fracture plate internal fixation. Methods:From June 2022 to June 2024,78 patients with clavicular fracture treated by plate internal fixation in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots, with 39 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with clavicular fracture plate internal fixation, and the study group was treated with ketorolac tromethamine on the basis of the reference group. The pain degree, incidence of heterotopic ossification, fracture healing time and excellent and good rate of fracture healing were compared between the two groups. Results:The VAS score of the study group at 36 h and 48 h after operation was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of heterotopic ossification in the study group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in fracture healing time between the study group and the reference group (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Ketorolac tromethamine treatment can reduce postoperative pain and the incidence of heterotopic ossification in patients with clavicular fracture plate internal fixation, and does not affect fracture healing. The treatment effect is significant.
