Effect of Feilike Mixture Combined with Ambroxol Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Acute Attack Of Chronic Bronchitis
Objective:To study the effect of Feilike mixture combined with ambroxol oral liquid in the treatment of acute attack of chronic bronchitis. Methods:A total of 92 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 46 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ambroxol oral liquid,and the observation group was treated with Feilike mixture combined with ambroxol oral liquid. The symptom scores,clinical efficacy,lung function[maximum expiratory pressure (PEmax),forced vital capacity (FVC),peak expiratory flow (PEF),carbon monoxide diffusion (DLCO),maximum inspiratory pressure (PImax)]and inflammatory factors[interleukin-4 (IL-4),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-18 (IL-18)]were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,the scores of cough,fatigue,phlegm viscosity,abdominal distension,facial floating and loose stool in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65％,which was higher than 76.05％ of the control group (P<0.05);the PEmax,FVC,PEF,DLCO and PImax in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);the levels of IL-4,TNF-α and IL-18 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Feilike mixture combined with ambroxol oral liquid can reduce the related symptoms,improve lung function,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and the curative effect is remarkable.
