Effect of Weili Capsule Combined with Omeprazole in the Treatment of Acute Attack of Chronic Gastritis
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of gastric force capsule combined with omeprazole (OME) in the treatment of acute attack of chronic gastritis (CG) and its effect on oxidation and inflammation indexes. Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute attack of CG admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group (oral OME treatment) and observation group (OME+Weili capsule) according to different treatment schemes,with 35 patients in each group. The clinical efficacy,oxidation and inflammation indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The symptom relief time (nausea and vomiting,belching,epigastric pain,fullness) in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29％,which was higher than 74.29％ in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,serum SOD and GSH-Px in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and MDA was lower than that before treatment,while serum SOD and GSH-Px in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and MDA was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Weili capsule combined with OME can quickly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute attack of CG,reduce oxidative stress response,reduce inflammation level,improve the therapeutic effect,and has good safety.
