Effect of Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Astragalus Polysaccharide on Chemotherapy in Patients with Advanced Ovarian Cancer
Objective:To analyze the effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with astragalus polysaccharide on immune function in patients with advanced ovarian cancer chemotherapy. Methods:A total of 60 patients with advanced ovarian cancer admitted to the Oncology Department of Jiujiang First People's Hospital from August 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the odd and even number of beds on admission, they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with astragalus polysaccharide+albumin paclitaxel+cisplatin, while the experimental group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The lymphocyte subsets, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,CD4+and CD8+in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and CD4+/CD8+was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of anorexia, diarrhea and anemia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of abnormal liver and kidney function and abnormal coagulation between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with astragalus polysaccharide is helpful to improve the immune function of patients with advanced ovarian cancer chemotherapy, reduce the risk of adverse reactions, and have good curative effect.
