Effect of Zhenwu Decoction Combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective:To analyze the effect of Zhenwu Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease (CHD-CHF). Methods:A total of 176 patients with CHD-CHF admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,with 88 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with Zhenwu Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group. The TCM syndrome scores,cardiac function levels,serum factors,symptom improvement and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,the scores of chest tightness,edema,palpitation,dyspnea and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). LVESV and LVEDV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and LVEF was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). NT-proBNP,cTnI and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The Lee's heart failure score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the 6MWT was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of standardized treatment,the application of Zhenwu Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction for adjuvant treatment can improve the severity of symptoms in patients with CHD-CHF,promote the recovery of cardiac function,and has high safety.
