Observation on the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris During Drug Treatment
Objective:To analyze the feasibility of evidence-based nursing in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris during drug treatment. Methods:A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris from January to June 2024 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 45 patients in each group. Both groups received routine treatment and clopidogrel treatment. On this basis, the control group received routine nursing, and the study group received evidence-based nursing at the same time. The symptoms of angina pectoris,Seattle angina score and safety were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the duration of angina pectoris and the frequency of angina pectoris in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of each dimension of Seattle angina pectoris in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:During the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with clopidogrel,evidence-based nursing can significantly control the duration of angina pectoris, the frequency of angina pectoris, stabilize the condition, and effectively control the occurrence of adverse events.
