Effect of Comprehensive System Nursing in Patients with Myocardial Infarction During Treatment
Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive systematic nursing intervention on cardiac rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods:A total of 200 patients with AMI admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from November 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 100 patients in each group. The experimental group was given comprehensive systematic nursing intervention, and the control group was given routine nursing intervention. The cardiac function index, quality of life score and incidence of adverse cardiac events were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing,LVESD and LVEDD in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,LVEF was higher than that in the control group, the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse cardiac events was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive systematic nursing intervention can improve the cardiac function of AMI patients, promote cardiac rehabilitation, enhance their quality of life, reduce the detection of adverse cardiac events, and improve prognosis.
