Observation on the Effect of High Quality Nursing in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B During Drug Treatment
Objective:To observe the effect of high quality nursing in patients with chronic hepatitis B during drug treatment. Methods:A total of 50 inpatients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 inpatients in each group. The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high quality nursing. The mastery level of disease knowledge,interferon application compliance,satisfaction,emotion,self-efficacy and self-care ability were compared between the two groups. Rsults:The scores of disease knowledge mastery,interferon application compliance and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of self-efficacy and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:High quality nursing can effectively improve the compliance of patients with interferon treatment,regulate mood,improve self-efficacy and self-care ability,and patients' satisfaction is high.
