Objective:To explore the effect of social support nursing combined with AIDET communication mode on medication compliance and self-efficacy of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods:A total of 320 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 160 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing of chronic diseases,while the study group was given social support nursing combined with AIDET communication mode. The medication compliance,self-efficacy and liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase (ALT),total bilirubin (TBIL),aspartate aminotransferase (AST)]were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing,the medication compliance and self-efficacy scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and ALT,TBIL and AST were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of social support nursing and AIDET communication mode can improve the medication compliance and self-efficacy of patients with chronic hepatitis B,which is conducive to promoting the remission of the disease and has high application value.
