Application Effect of FMEA Health Education in Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis During Drug Treatment
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of FMEA health education in elderly patients with osteoporosis during oral anti-osteoporosis drugs. Methods:A total of 80 patients with senile osteoporosis admitted to Pingnan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were randomly selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into conventional group and FMEA group,with 40 patients in each group. The conventional group received conventional health education,and the FMEA group received FMEA health education. The health knowledge cognition level,self-management behavior and medication compliance of the two groups were compared. Results:The scores of health knowledge level,self-management behavior and medication compliance in the FMEA group were higher than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion:During the oral administration of anti-osteoporosis drugs in patients with senile osteoporosis,FMEA health education can help patients improve their self-management behavior,improve their health knowledge cognition level and medication compliance,and has certain application and promotion value.
