Effect of Evidence-based Nursing During Postoperative Drug Treatment in Patients with Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity
Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT) during the treatment of nadroparin calcium injection after interventional therapy. Methods:A total of 80 patients with lower extremity DVT admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into group A and group B by simple random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. Group B was given routine nursing intervention, and group A was given evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The quality of life[World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Scale (WHOQOL-BREF)],complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:After intervention, the scores of four dimensions of WHOQOL-BREF scale in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in group A were higher than those in group B (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in group A was lower than that in group B (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of group A at discharge was higher than that of group B (P<0.05). Conclusion:During the treatment of heparin calcium injection in patients with lower extremity DVT after interventional therapy,evidence-based nursing can improve the quality of life of patients, help to reduce postoperative complications, and patients' nursing satisfaction is higher.
