专项处方点评模式对抗肿瘤药物合理使用的干预效果
Intervention Effect of Special Prescription Comment Model on Rational Use of Anti-tumor Drugs

摘要
目的:观察专项处方点评模式对抗肿瘤药物使用的干预效果.方法:利用医院信息化系统,采用随机抽样方法,将2023年1月—12 月选择在本院开具的 2400 份抗肿瘤药物处方作为对照组,2024 年 1 月—12 月选择在本院开具的 2400 份抗肿瘤药物处方作为点评组.对照组按照传统方法使用抗肿瘤药物,点评组按照专项处方点评模式使用抗肿瘤药物,比较两组处方不合理率、不良反应发生率及治疗总有效率.结果:点评组处方不合理率为1.00%,低于对照组的3.75%(P<0.05);点评组血液系统反应、消化系统反应、神经系统反应、过敏反应等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);点评组总有效率为75.75%,高于对照组的63.00%(P<0.05).结论:在抗肿瘤药物使用中应用专项处方点评模式能降低处方不合理率,也能降低不良反应发生率,促进治疗效果提高.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the intervention effect of special prescription review mode on the use of anti-tumor drugs.Methods:Using the hospital information system and random sampling method,2400 anti-tumor drug prescriptions issued in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the control group,and 2400 anti-tumor drug prescriptions issued in our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the review group.The control group used anti-tumor drugs according to the traditional method,and the review group used anti-tumor drugs according to the special prescription review mode.The unreasonable rate of prescription,the incidence of adverse reactions and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The unreasonable rate of prescription in the comment group was 1.00%,which was lower than 3.75% in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as blood system reaction,digestive system reaction,nervous system reaction and allergic reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 75.75%,which was higher than 63.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of special prescription review mode in the use of anti-tumor drugs can reduce the unreasonable rate of prescriptions,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the improvement of treatment effect.
