目的:探讨复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)安全检查中,以组胺类物质检查法替代降压物质检查法的可能性.方法:探讨按照《中国药典》2020年版四部中的降压物质和组胺类物质的规定,分别对3批复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)进行降压物质检查和组胺类物质检查,比较两种方法结果的异同.结果:根据药典标准判定,3批复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)方法适用性通过且降压物质检查和组胺类物质检查结果均符合规定.结论:复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)的组胺类物质检查法可以作为降压物质检查法的补充,组胺类物质检查法的灵敏性有待商确.
Comparison of Histamine and Antihypertensive Substances in Compound Amino Acid Injection(18AA)
Objective:To explore the possibility of substituting histamine test for antihypertensive test in safety test of compound amino acid injection(18AA).Methods:Three batches of compound amino acid injection(18AA)were examined for antihypertensive sub-stances and histamine substances according to the stipulations of antihypertensive substances and histamine substances in Chinese pharma-copoeia(2020 edition),compare the results of the two methods.Results:According to Pharmacopoeia Standard,3 batches of compound amino acid injection(18AA)passed the method and the results of antihypertensive substances and histamine substances were in accord-ance with the regulations.Conclusion:The histamine test for compound amino acid injection(18AA)can be used as a supplement to the antihypertensive substance test.The sensitivity of the histamine test remains to be determined.
