药物性肝损伤(drug induced liver injury,DILI)是全球范围内常见的药品不良反应,也是临床实践中一直尚未解决的问题,其发病率和致死率逐年升高.DILI的发生可能是多种因素共同作用的结果,至今尚未完全阐明.本研究通过查阅相关文献对药物性肝损伤机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为其临床科学预防、诊断和治疗提供参考.
Progress in the Study of the Mechanism of Drug-induced Liver Injury
Drug induced liver injury(DILI)is a common adverse drug reaction worldwide and an unresolved problem in clinical prac-tice,with its incidence and lethality increasing year by year.The occurrence of DILI may be the result of a combination of factors,which have not been fully elucidated so far.In this study,we reviewed the research progress on the mechanism of drug-induced liver injury by reviewing the related literature,aiming to provide a reference for its prevention,diagnosis,and treatment in clinical science.
