Medication Analysis of Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs in Outpatient Pharmacies of a Hospital from 2020 to 2022
Objective:To analyze the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in outpatient pharmacies of Fudan University Zhong-shan Hospital Xiamen Hospital(hereinafter referred to as a hospital).Aiming to provide evidence to promote rational application and standardized management of clinical NSAIDs by investigating their characteristics and development trend.Methods:Survey and extract medication data on NSAIDs in a hospital's outpatient pharmacy from 2020 to 2022,anti-inflammatory drugs from the outpatient pharmacy of a certain hospital,covering the period from 2020 to 2022.Statistical analysis was conducted to determine the medication frequency(DDDs),average daily cost(DDC),and ordering ratio(B/A).Results:There are 22 varieties of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs used in a certain hospital in the past three years,including oral dosage forms,injection dosage forms,and external dosage forms.In each dosage form,annual sales increased.The sales volume of loxoprofen sodium patch and flurbiprofen gel patch ranked first and second.The DDDs of aspirin enteric-coated tablets ranked first,with a ordering ratio much greater than 1,and the B/A ratio of other NSAIDs were a-round 1.Conclusion:The clinical selection of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the outpatient pharmacy of a certain hospital from 2020 to 2022 is basically consistent with the guideline recommendations.Different treatment plans are selected according to the character-istics of different patients to achieve individualized dosing to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.providing a refer-ence for clinical rational drug use.
