Content Determination of Ergosterin in Shengjing Capsule
Objective:Ergosterin as the effective constituent was studied for the quality evaluation and providing a reference to the quality standard of Shengjing capsule.Methods:Chromatography:the chromatographic column was Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18,4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water(92:8),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wave-length was 283 nm,and the column temperature was 40 ℃.Results:After measuring the content of ergosterin and methodological research,it was found that ergosterin had a good linear relationship within the range of 2.589 7 μg·mL-1 to 25.896 5 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 5),and the average recovery rate was 98.77％(RSD=0.78％).Conclusion:The experimental method was simple and accurate with good feasibility.It provided a reference for improving the quality standard of Shengjing capsule and could be applied to the quality control of Shengjing capsule.
