Gestational hypertension is a unique disease during pregnancy,with a relatively high morbidity and complex mechanism.The aim and principle of its treatment are to prevent eclampsia and reduce the occur-rence of severe complications for both mother and fetus.This study reviewed three clinical cases of traditional chinese medicine(TCM)evidence-based treatment of gestational hypertension.Through long-term and effective clinical observation,the application of TCM evidence-based treatment was found to eliminate pathogenic factors,restore bodily balance and ensure normal pregnancy progression.Additionally,this approach verified the effective-ness and feasibility of TCM evidence-based treatment in the treatment of gestational hypertension.By analyzing its underlying therapeutic mechanisms,we aimed to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of ges-tational hypertension
