摘要
目的 分析胰岛素无针弥散注射给药技术用于糖尿病患者治疗的效果.方法 选取山西省大同市第五人民医院2021年6月至12月的患者166例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组83例,研究组83例.对照组采用胰岛素笔注射,研究组使用无针弥散注射给药技术,对2组患者的治疗效果进行观察.结果 研究组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白水平与对照组相比均降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组皮肤疼痛、残留药物发生率、硬结发生率与对照组相比更低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而2组皮肤红肿及出血的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);研究组胰岛素治疗满意度及生活质量与对照组相比更高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 胰岛素无针注射给药技术在糖尿病患者应用中可以降低血糖水平、减轻注射疼痛以及残留药物,减少皮肤硬结的发生,提高血糖达标率,提高胰岛素治疗满意度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of insulin needleless diffusion injection for the diabetic pa-tients.Methods A total of One hundred sixty-six patients who visited the Fifth People's Hospital of Datong City in Shanxi Province from June 2021 to December 2021 were selected,and they were randomly divided into a con-trol group and a study group,with 83 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin pen injec-tion,while the study group was treated with insulin needleless diffusion injection.Results Compared with the control group,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG),and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were lower in the study group,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of skin pain,residual drug,and hard nodules in the study group were also lower in the study group,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P＜0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of skin redness,swelling,and bleeding between the two groups(P＞0.05);insulin treatment satisfaction and quality of life were higher in the study group compared with the control group,and there was statistically significant differences be-tween two groups(P＜0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of skin red-ness,swelling,and bleeding between the two groups(P＞0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction and quality of life were higher in the study group,and there was statistically significant differences between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin needleless diffusion injection for the diabetic patients can lower the blood glucose level,reduce injection pain as well as residual drugs,decrease the occurrence of skin indurations,increase the rate of blood glucose compliance,and improve the satisfaction with insulin treatment.
