Mechanism of Gancao Fuzi Tang in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis based on network pharmacology
Objective To explore the mechanism of Gancao Fuzi Tang in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)through network pharmacology.Methods Using network pharmacology methods,a drug-target-dis-ease network was constructed and enrichment analysis was performed to study the effect of the drug on the targets,the correlation between the function of the targets and the disease,in order to explore the targets and main compo-nents involved in the treatment of RA with Gancao Fuzi Tang.Results A total of 127 effective ingredients were screened from the TCSMP database,and 49 potential targets for the treatment of RA with Gancao Fuzi Tang were identified.A"drug-target-disease"network was established with 135 nodes and 473 edges.A total of 10 active in-gredients with high degree values,including quercetin,kaempferol,and naringenin,as well as 30 targets with high degree values such as IL-6,EGFR,IL-1β,TP53,and PPARG were screened out.Conclusion The treatment of RA with Gancao Fuzi Tang is mainly related to the lipopolysaccharide response,vascular regulation and vascular response,lipid and atherosclerosis,diabetes AGE-RAGE signal pathway,Th17 cell differentiation and other signal pathways,which provides a theoretical basis for expanding the clinical application of Gancao Fuzi Tang.
