目的 探讨痛风性关节炎患者采用备化汤治疗对其疼痛程度及炎性因子水平的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月湖南中医药大学附属常德医院痛风性关节炎患者90例为研究对象，依据治疗方法不同分为研究组和对照组，各45例。对照组给予艾瑞昔布治疗，研究组给予备化汤治疗，比较临床疗效、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、炎性因子水平[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)]、关节情况、不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组的临床总有效率(98％，44/45)高于对照组(84％，38/45，P＜0。05);治疗 7 d 研究组 VAS 评分(2。0±0。5)分、炎性因子水平[(24±4)ng/L、(0。39±0。03)µg/L、(4。2±0。4)μg/L]低于对照组[(4。1±0。9)分、(31±4)ng/L、(0。52±0。05)μg/L、(5。5±0。5)μg/L，P＜0。05)];治疗 7 d，研究组的关节功能评分(1。82±0。13)分、关节肿痛消失时间(2。2±1。0)d优于对照组(2。02±0。15)分、(3。9±1。0)d(P＜0。05);治疗 7 d，研究组黄嘌呤氧化酶(OX)、尿酸[(6。2±3。4)U/L、(381±64)μmol/L]低于对照组[(7。1±2。7)U/L、(421±63)μmol/L，P＜0。05];对2组患者进行3个月的随访，研究组尚未发现不良反应发生情况，对照组不良反应发生率为7％(3/45)。结论 备化汤治疗痛风性关节炎患者临床效果显著，控制炎症因子水平，缓解疼痛症状，且安全性良好。
Effect of Beihua Decoction on pain degree and inflammatory factor levels in gouty arthritis patients
Objective To investigate the effect of Beihua Decoction on pain degree and inflammatory fac-tor levels in gouty arthritis patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with gouty arthritis in the Changde Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a study group(45 cases)and a control group(45 cases)according to treatment method.The control group was treated with iricoxib,while the study group was treated with Beihua Decoction.The clinical efficacy,pain level[visual analogue scale(VAS)],inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-1β(1 L-1 β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)],joint conditions,and occur-rence of adverse re-actions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group[98％(44/45)]was higher than that of the control group[84％(38/45)](P＜0.05).After 7 d of treat-ment,the VAS scores and inflammatory factor levels of the study group[(2.0±0.5)points,(24±4)ng/L,(0.39±0.03)μg/L,(4.2±0.4)μg/L]were lower than those of the control group[(4.1±0.9)points,(31±4)ng/L,(0.52±0.05)μg/L,(5.5±0.5)μg/L](P＜0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the joint function score and joint swelling and pain disappearance time of the study group[(1.82±0.13)points,(2.2±1.0)d]were significantly better than those of the control group[(2.02±0.15)points,(3.9±1.0)d](P＜0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the OX and UA levels of the study group[(6.2±3.4)U/L,(381±64)μmol/L]were significantly lower than those of the control group[(7.1±2.7)U/L,(421±63)μmol/L](P＜0.05).Two groups of patients were followed up for 3 months,and no adverse reactions were found in the study group.Howev-er,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 7％(3/45).Conclusion Beihua De-coction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of gouty arthritis patients,controlling the level of inflammato-ry factors,relieving pain symptoms,and has good safety.
