Effects of fresh Yimu Cao capsule combined with drospirone ethinylestradiol tablet on serum FSH,LH,E2 levels and endometrium of missed abortion patients after uterine curettage
Objective To investigate the effects of fresh Yimu Cao capsule combined with drospirosterone ethinylestradiol tablets on the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and endometrium in patients with post-abortion treatment.Methods Ninty cases of spontaneous abortion in gynecology of Tianjin Xiqing Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and study group by treatment methods,45 cases in each group.All the 90 patients were treated after abortion,which was combined with anti-inflammatory and anti-infection treatment.The control group was mainly treated with drospiroone ethinylestradiol tablets,while the study group was treated with fresh Yimu Cao capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,menstrual conditions,serum FSH,LH,E2 levels and inflammatory factors levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the study group reached 96％,which was higher than 78％of the control group.In the indicators of vaginal bleeding and endometrial thickness,the data of the study group was lower,and the indexes of IL-2,IL-18,FSH,LH and E2 of the other 90 patients were improved after treatment.All the data of the study group were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For the patients treated with abortion treatment,fresh Yimu Cao capsule and drospelone ethinylestradiol tablets can increase endometrial thickness,promote menstruation to return to normal,and improve serum hormone level,which provides reference for further clinical research.
